A.DELETE TEMPORARY FILES AND DISK CLEAN 

1.DELETE TEM FILES 

Step 1: press WIN R

Step 2:after show dialogue box type there TEMP and press enter 

Step 3: there are show temporary file press CONTROL A

Step 4: press DELETE BUTTON WITH SHIFT 

They temporary file are permanently deleted 

2.Delete %temp% files PR

Step 1: open run command 

Step 2: type %temp% and press enter

Step 3: there are show temporary files press CONTROL A  for select all  

Spep 4:after select press enter button with shift button 

Temporary files are delete 

3. Delete prefetch  files 

Step 1: open run command 

Step 2: type PREFETCH  and press enter

Step 3: press CTRL A and press  DELETE BUTTON WITH SHIFT BUTTON 

Prefetch temporary are delete

4.Delete recent 

Step 1: open run command type recent and press enter

Step 2: after open my files delete all recent files

 5.Clean your disk 

Step 1: Open run command 

step 2 :Type CLEANMGR  and press enter 

step 3: Select all options (warning: download file can be deleted)

6.Delete system files

7.Disable windows update 

9.Upgrade HDD to SSD 

10.Upgrade ram 

11: Don't store your files desktop and c drive

12.Save your files in other drive

13.Clean your computer hardware between 1 ro 2 week
